superluminal is a polish project formed in mid-2010 by three artists: fabian and greg, who had previously recorded together as nhood for nearly a decade, and dj and producer cbass, formerly known as cbass and mikobene and de giraffe. cbass brings a history of collaboration with artists including milton jackson, soul minority, james teej, djuma soundsystem, pablo bolivar, and tomato jaws, among others. the group describes its sound as deep, organic, spacious, and dance-floor oriented, and its live sets typically incorporate improvised synthesizers, guitars, and loops alongside the dj performance.
