super dj dmitry is a dj, producer, and co-founder of the dance group deee-lite, whose 1990 single groove is in the heart became a worldwide hit and was later cited by rolling stone magazine as one of the ten best dance tracks of all time. his remix work spans artists including chaka khan, arthur russell, jungle brothers, ziggy marley, nina hagen, sinead o'connor, and ultra naté. he collaborated with julee cruise on the album my secret life. more recently he has been one half of the duo nauti siren, whose debut album rising is available on bandcamp alongside five singles on streaming platforms. he is based in berlin.
