solo progressive project helmed by hugo peterson, who began performing live electronic music in the late 90s and became integrated into the melbourne psy scene after relocating there in 2000. spanda's work draws on cosmic tunings and healing frequencies, blending deep progressive sounds with powerful basslines. the project also encompasses a more relaxed side through the chill-focused magic feeling.
