reefer decree

reefer decree is a progressive trance project from denmark, originally formed as a duo by oliver b. nonell and kim jiwook bijl. the pair split around the end of 2002, after which oliver continued the project as a solo act with various session collaborators. the original duo reunited in spring 2014.
