jason brown, performing as qdup, has been active since late 2006 and has released music and remixes on labels including bombstrikes, fort knox recordings, bombastic jam, goodgroove, air, esl music, royal soul, and mustbeat, as well as his own qdup records imprint. he has remixed artists including fort knox five, dj love, thunderball, basement freaks, all good funk alliance, and ursula1000. he has been a contributor to the uk-based ghetto funk blog since its inception and has produced tracks for their icons series remix albums.
