paul, who performs as dj polzitiv, grew up in paris and has been connected to music from an early age — he studied classical guitar at a conservatory from age six to sixteen, then played drums in a punk-hardcore-metal band. after emigrating to the netherlands he turned to djing as a way to share the music he loved, and has since spent more than a decade performing at gatherings, parties, and small festivals across the netherlands and abroad. his sets focus on groovy psytrance.
