peter makto

peter makto was born in hungary on 7 june 1978 and began going to clubs around age 14, which led him to start buying records and learning to mix. he played his first gig around 1995 at a small club near his hometown, and eventually secured a residency at flort, one of hungary's largest clubs, becoming its exclusive resident dj in 2006. known for his warm-up sets, he has performed alongside hernán cattáneo, sasha, james zabiela, nick warren, and sander kleinenberg, among others. his personal style centres on deep and progressive house music, and he has also worked as a presenter and editor for various radio stations, including a role as main editor at internet radio station justmusic.fm from 2005.
