noumejd

noumejd is jan marel, who first encountered electronic music in 2011 when he started mixing drum and bass and jungle on turntables. he joined the retrobass sound crew, with whom he organised underground raves, before discovering psytrance and shifting his focus in that direction. alongside his djing he began creating stage decorations, and in 2019 was part of the founding of the czech festival psyna, which he continues to help build each year and which is noted for its distinctive decorative concept. his sets span a broad range from psychill, ethno house, and techno through to progressive, goa, hi-tech, and psycore.
