neill moore is a london-based psychedelic trance dj and producer affiliated with liquid records. he has been active as a producer and dj since 2003 and works as a one-to-one electronic music production tutor. he is also a professional abstract artist working across mixed medias, and is a regular presence on the london psytrance scene.
