neelix is the project of henrik twardzik, a hamburg native who spent his early career doing compositing work for film productions. in 1999, hearing the track "klein aber doctor" prompted him to shift focus entirely to making music. drawing on his experience with computer-based creative work, he moved quickly, and his first releases gained widespread popularity soon after he began producing.
