monya

originally from poland, monya has been based in berlin for over a decade, building a presence in the techno scene since 2009. she has performed at venues including tresor and has played alongside artists such as perc, bas mooy, rebekah, steve stoll, jeroen search, and mike parker on several of her own releases. her first album came out on bcr in 2013, and in 2014 she founded her own label, corresponding positions, which she has used to release and support emerging artists. her work spans industrial techno through to experimental sounds, reflected across both her live sets and productions.
