masa is a composer, producer, and dj from japan whose musical career began in the early 1980s across rock, post-punk, noise, and industrial. by the early 1990s he had shifted toward goa trance and related electronic forms, working across techno, electro, and ambient alongside trance. based in tokyo, he has performed in hamburg, berlin, paris, greece, and australia, among other locations.
