magma ohm

magma ohm is the project of carlos lessa, who studied bass guitar and keyboards from the age of fifteen and passed through styles including progressive rock and heavy metal before encountering electronic music in 1998. he had his first contact with psytrance in 2000 and launched magma ohm in 2002, building a sound defined by dark atmospheres, aggressive basslines, and tempos around 170 bpm. he has performed at earthdance, islandance, universo paralello 2009, cachoeira alta festival de danza 2008, and trancendance 2008, among others.
