max peterson has been creating trance music since 1998, drawing from his father's musical legacy and years spent developing his craft across california, mexico, spain, and beyond. he co-founded the influential collective biodegradable in san francisco and later formed sirius isness, touring globally to major trance destinations including japan, brazil, and australia. his solo project mad maxx, launched in 2007, blends trance with ethnic and deep elements, ranging from 140 to 145 bpm, characterized by heavy kicks, atmospheric textures, and psychedelic sensibilities.
