longwalkshortdock is the project of dave king, whose interest in electronic sound began with videogame music in the early 1980s, leading him to record and loop segments from a young age. after years of exploring multiple instruments and genres, he relocated from calgary to vancouver to study sound production and recording. the project has since involved studio work and live performances alongside a range of collaborators.
