krama

krama is the project of dimitris violitzis from thessaloniki, greece, who began producing electronic music in 2001 after experimenting across styles including experimental, idm, and classical. a certified music technologist, sound designer, and programmer, he also runs a parallel progressive house project. the name krama is a greek word referring to the blending of metals, chosen to reflect his approach of combining different styles into a single sound. his debut album, released in the summer of 2008, drew on techno elements within a trancey framework and attracted attention from commercial trance djs and received airplay in that scene.
