kozue is a canadian-based dj born and raised in japan who crafts uplifting dancefloor journeys through house, deep house, techno, and disco. she began djing as a self-taught turntablist in tokyo during the early 2000s, where she also worked as a music magazine editor interviewing legendary producers and djs. after relocating to toronto in the mid 2010s and later vancouver in 2019, she has become integral to west coast events and festivals, known for her passion for vinyl and immersive all-vinyl sets that blend soulful organic grooves with electronic textures.
