ingrained instincts is a duo project linking london and thessaloniki, greece, originally formed after both members met in 2001 and began developing a shared sound. following years of experimentation, the project took shape around a mutual passion for psychedelic music that stretches back to their earliest days. the duo performed on the main stage at ozora festival in 2016 and sonica festival in 2017, and has toured across europe presenting their music.
