hujaboy

hujaboy is the project of nir, a producer based in tel aviv-jaffa, israel, who returned from a trip to india in 1996 and began building a distinctive approach to electronic music. after years of studio work, collaborations, and live performances worldwide, the project came into sharper focus with the release of "party animals" on tip world in 2006, followed by "black belt" the next year. the album "cut the power" further established the project's reputation within what is described as psy techtrance, and hujaboy is associated with tip records.
