halo is the alias of brian varga, a chicago-born dj and producer who started working at hip house records at the age of nine and began djing by the time he was twelve. he later served as a&r for moody records, a role that deepened his connections with producers across the united states. a long-standing friendship with hipp-e led to the formation of h-foundation, a collaborative project whose sets took the duo to venues including fabric london, turbo toronto, twilo new york, and pacha buenos aires.
