alric pereira, known as goan freq, has been djing since 1994, beginning in bombay, india, where he developed a self-taught practice moving through house, deep house, hip-hop, and hindi remix styles. in 2000 he shifted focus to psychedelic music, drawn in particular to the goa psy scene given his origins in the region. he has performed at parties on anjuna beach, bamboo forest, arambol, and paradiso.
