ashley finessi, who records and performs as fragmnt, relocated to the uk in 2011 and entered his first dj competition, which led to regular sets at clubs and bars in norwich. on returning to australia he became an active part of the perth electronic music scene. he has performed at local nights including addiction, the gathering, oshun, deviance, tanos, sonus sol, and above all else, as well as larger events such as god said no at blazing swan and the inaugural blossom festival. his sound centers on deep, melodic, and progressive styles, though he moves across multiple genres within his sets.
