fluoelf is the project of santy, a dj and producer from spain active since 2001. shaped early by 60s classic and psychedelic rock, he encountered rave culture and psytrance after moving to amsterdam in 2001, an experience he describes as life-changing. within months of his first party he began organising events and learning to mix on cdjs, and has since been part of local scenes in amsterdam, barcelona, and london.
