the fischmehl project began in 2010 following a trip to thailand, where producer arnold encountered the world of psychedelic parties. by the time the project launched, he had already been working as a techno producer and dj for over a decade. his productions and dj sets became associated with hypnotic sounds, pumping basslines, and deep narcotic patterns layered with an atmospheric quality drawing on underwater, space, and science-fiction imagery. since starting fischmehl he has performed at festivals, clubs, and parties internationally.
