fifs

fifs is the forest psy project of slovenian artist filip košnik. his musical background stretches back more than 14 years, beginning as a vocalist and songwriter for armaroth, a slovenian death metal band. exposure to the darker side of psychedelic trance at festivals such as ozora and freqs of nature shaped the project's direction, which blends organic and mechanical sounds with social messaging in the 150-160 bpm range. košnik is also co-founder of drops festival in slovenia and, alongside his brother nibiru, has organized chagadelia label parties for chagga records since 2013.
