eddie halliwell is a techno, trance, and progressive house dj and producer from manchester, uk, who began djing at the age of 15. he held residencies at goodgreef, gatecrasher, and cream in ibiza, and was named dj of the year by mixmag in both 2003 and 2005. he also served as a resident dj for bbc radio 1, hosting a weekly show called fire it up. in july 2011 he launched his own digital label, fiur.
