mick, known as deidriim and noitatohtori, has been part of the finnish psytrance scene since 2005, primarily playing forest psytrance at parties across finland. he is particularly drawn to night-time sets featuring scandinavian-styled forest psytrance, while also incorporating dark psytrance and hi-tech elements. in 2014 he played his first international show at b.a.f.o festival in portugal and became a label dj for forest spirit records, with whom he has contributed to compilation releases including "beneath the roots" and "thrill of the hunt". his separate project noitatohtori is focused on chillout music encompassing downtempo, psybient, and related styles.
