cosmosis is a goa trance project that began in the uk. when jeremy van kampen departed in 1997, it became the solo work of bill halsey, who also credits himself as "bilbo bagginz" on some releases. over the years halsey has been based in mainland spain, switzerland, and ibiza, and has since returned to the uk.
