charly lownoise is a dutch hardcore dj and producer born on june 17, 1968, who first used the name after the theme song for "rave the city 3" was released under it. he runs his own label moveable frequency and co-founded the "bitte ein beat" parties across the netherlands and germany with deaz d. he is also a member of the starsplash crew and published his autobiography "autobiografie van een dj" in 2007.
