ben annand learned to mix in 1996 and two years later became a resident dj at the moontribe gathering, also founding his production company tropical at that time. he works across deep house and techno, with an approach focused on smooth blending and continuous momentum through transitions. he has performed at lightning in a bottle, oregon eclipse, cascadia, sunset campout, desert hearts, labyrinth in japan, aca world sound fest and bpm in mexico, festimad in spain, and shambhala and motion notion in canada.
