atma

atma is a trance and techno producer originally from sibiu, romania, now based in germany. he began producing electronic music in 1991 and is regarded as one of the pioneers of electronic music in eastern europe; from around 1995 to 1996 he shifted toward goa trance and began organising small parties. known for full live performances, he has appeared at festivals and events in countries including germany, switzerland, austria, bulgaria, poland, serbia, slovakia, and the united arab emirates. alongside his trance work, he is active as a music composer and sound engineer for commercial projects spanning house, techno, pop, rock, and hip-hop, as well as film music and theatre and orchestral arrangements.
