animato

animato is the project of patrick chen, formerly known as ptx, launched when his work moved into progressive psytrance. his debut release under the name came in late 2012 with a remix of sub6's "droid save da queen", which led to him joining hommega. subsequent releases include remixes for tokujoros, easy riders, and vertical mode, as well as collaborative work with atmos and easy riders. years of attending festivals worldwide informed the shift in tempo and texture that defines the project.
