anima is an avant-garde duo formed by husband and wife paul and limpe fuchs, working on the periphery of krautrock and free jazz. their output is consistently experimental in character, and many of their albums feature instruments of their own construction, including the fuchshorn, fuchszither, and fuchsbass, used alongside conventional instruments and vocals.
