andy daniell is a uk-based music industry figure born in southend, with a background as a record store employee, club dj, and producer. he worked at defected from 2003 to 2019, rising to a&r manager, then moved to ffrr where he served as label head and a&r from october 2019 to april 2024. he returned to defected as director of music in august 2024.
