amoeba

amoeba is the project of hungary's bálint attila, who began working with computer-based sequencing and sound from the age of 14. his productions draw on outboard midi equipment and sequencer software, and blend influences from experimental idm, acid-house, drum and bass, and ambient music into what he describes as an amoebalistic sound. together with his younger brother bálint ákos — also known as bakterya, planet noise, and purple haze — he has developed a collaborative project called nuclear waste.
