akasha nasha is the nightpsy and forest project of austrian artist and party organiser moritz könig, who is also active as dezibel, a long-running psytrance and progressive project, and as one half of the dj duo neon hippies. könig is involved in aum events and crispy chaos crew. akasha nasha was conceived as an outlet for the darker side of his work, exploring forest-oriented sounds. the name refers to intoxication through the fifth element, ether, as a symbol of the universe and the medium of life and sound.
