god dropped acid is a psytrance club night based in cambridge, run by residents nixiro and alexstatic. the night moves through psychill and psydub in the earlier hours before pushing into progressive, goa, full-on, dark, forest, and hi-tech psytrance as the night develops. it has been running since at least 2023, originally at a central cambridge bar before relocating to its current venue.
this edition brings in two guests alongside the residents: a brazil-born dj active in the full-on and psytrance circuit since 2009, and a uk-based dj whose sets span full-on, twilight, and forest styles.
