little forest festival

a multi-day outdoor festival held on a farm in the western cape hinterland, now in its fifth edition. the site sits between two small towns in the overberg, with a swimming dam, camping, and a range of glamping options. the festival runs across four floors: a forest stage carrying the psytrance programming, a techno temple focused on psychedelic techno and progressive, a drum and bass floor called the quasar stage powered by a kv2 sound system, and a chill ambient area by the dam. the quasar stage is new to this edition, introduced by the production crew liminil.

beyond the dancefloor programming, the event includes an art gallery, a flea market called the souq, a food court with vegetarian and halaal vendors, a wellness sanctuary, and a healing sanctuary. medics, lifeguards, and 24-hour security are on site. shuttle transport runs from cape town for those without a vehicle.
