balkan goa fanatics is a goa trance and psytrance outdoor festival, now in its fourth edition, produced by a collective of six organizers: global sect, dharmar, ages of love, epska fantastika, crveni gavranovi, and artrama. the first three editions were held in croatia; this edition moves to a forested mountain site in serbia, at the base of borski stol, with a lake for swimming, open camping, and traditional balkan food served from on-site guest houses.

a strong secondary layer of the programming is medieval and fantasy atmosphere, handled by specialist event producers. attendees can expect cosplay, knightly tournaments, thematic quests, and traders selling fantasy-themed goods alongside the music.
