koenji cave presents - apparition - the 20th chapter

a recurring club night held at a small underground venue in the koenji neighbourhood of tokyo, now at its twentieth edition. the series is run by koenji cave and covers goatrance, progressive trance, and techno across two spaces: a main floor and a separate lounge.

the main floor runs the harder and more driving programming, while the lounge carries a lighter, more ambient tone, with residents including a dj connected to matsuri digital chill. the lineup draws from a consistent pool of local and scene-affiliated djs, several tied to collectives and labels active in the japanese psy and goa circuit.
