DESCRIPTION:psyience fiction kollektiv runs this recurring indoor and outdoor club night, held at a youth centre on the edge of a small town in southwest germany. the event takes its name and timing from walpurgisnacht, the traditional german spring festival observed on april 30th, and leans into that framing with an open fire pit, fire performance, and an invitation for attendees to bring their own fire props and join in.\n\nthe afternoon begins outside, weather permitting, before moving indoors for the night. the outdoor area covers progressive house, progressive techno, and psygressive techno. indoors there is a bar, house-made chai, and chill-out areas with sofas scattered both inside and outside. an awareness team operates throughout the event, with on-site briefings available for anyone wanting to volunteer in that role.
