outrance is a lyon-based collective and promoter focused on psychedelic music, operating in both france and belgium. this edition is a single-floor indoor afternoon-to-night gathering, running from mid-afternoon to midnight at la rayonne, a venue in the villeurbanne area of greater lyon, with production design by scenography collective aktopasa and a d&b sound system.

the programming is centred on dark progressive and psytech, with a desert-influenced aesthetic: arid, deep, and hypnotic rather than high-energy peak-time. originz, one of the association's co-founders, holds a closing slot. the event operates a safe zone policy with explicit anti-racism and zero-tolerance positions on violence and sexual aggression.
