fraktal forest festival

fraktal forest is a non-profit association that has been running psytrance events since 2015, with this festival held at a rural site in the aubrac natural park at roughly 1,200 metres altitude. the setting is an intimate outdoor gathering with circus tent staging, a main floor and a separate chill-out area. the association operates under french non-profit law and is rooted in the northern french psytrance circuit.

the programming spans dark prog, forest prog, forest, scandinavian forest, night psytrance, dark psy, hi-tech, and experimental psychedelic on the main floor, with downtempo and ambient in the chill-out. the event draws from a network of labels including funky freaks records, erebos records, parvati records, sangoma records, woo-dog recordings, and several others, with the fraktal forest crew itself fielding multiple acts across both floors.
