ethereal decibel company is a french non-profit association with over ten years of history organizing events around psychedelic music and art. their annual outdoor festival takes place on a park site in the normandy countryside and has expanded to four days for this edition, a first for the series. the programming spans psytrance, tekno, and bass music across multiple stages, with more than 150 artists passing through including musicians, visual decorators, and performers.

the collective also runs underground club events and winter editions alongside the main festival, and has previously collaborated with other french psy organizations. the festival draws from a broad psychedelic electronic spectrum rather than a single genre lane, and sits as one of the more established gathering points on the french psy calendar.
